Paint a rosy picture then before sending your checks they instruct you to go and load a pr-authorized same day payment card for $769 and call back with the code and then supposedly will over nite you the checks and docs to facilitate the sale. They have all the details of your property and the figures to sound legit but I was scammed before and am wary now. They claimed to be a mortgage financier for the buyer.
