A lady with a thick Asian accent left a message saying there is a lawsuit against me from Dept of Treasury. I called the number back and it was a cell phone and no answer?!?!

Scammers use "burner phones" or prepaid cell phones that are easily activated with no personal information and easily discarded, which makes it hard for law enforcement to track down.
