Called about debt that wasn't even mine. (Pretty sure debt was discharged) Didn't give me any information.  I got pissed and the first time.  Said I knew the person but was estranged.  Wanted me to give a msg but I asked for my number to be removed.  "Bob" hung up on me.  849-515-8189 is related to 323-284-7457.  Bombard them with calls and suddenly the numbers are out of order. Get angry.  Handing their bs right back to them is the only way for them to back down.
