WHOEVER DIS DAMN NUMBER BELONGS TO KEEP CALLIN MY NUMBER AND HANGING UP WEN I PICK UP AND WHEN I CALL BACK ITS EITHER THE ANSWERING MACHINE OR IT GOES TO VOICEMAIL WHICH IS ALWAYS FULL. i DONT KNOW WHO IT IS BUT WHEN I FIND OUT, THEY [***] IS MINE

We too have received several calls (to one of our mobile phones) from this number. If we pick up, they hang up. If we let it go to voice mail, the message sounds like background noise from an airport or bus station (or call center?). When we call back, it goes to voice mail center; but the mailbox is full.
