Calls but does not leave a message. When I call back I get an automated Voicemail message saying the mailbox is full

ID on call said debt collector. I answered it, very curious. The guy started a spiel about having sent me a letter regarding project green. Obviously they employ a ruse by using "debt collector" as their caller ID. KERRPLUNK! Another scammer telemarketer gone.

I answered to see if it was another computer scam. I got "Perry" who was an obvious overseas caller asking if I received her package about my federal housing assistance. Haha! I have a mortgage!! Scam!!!!!
