Received a call, left a blank message.  No idea who they are.

Got a call from this number a few times now.  They claim to be Bank of America and that they'd like to enroll me in some special program.  All they need is my birthdate and other information (and I'm sure eventually money).  This is totally a scam.  It's called social engineering.  They're trying to collect as much info as possible so they can then call Bank of America and pretend to be me.

Got a call from this number to my magic jack - VOIP (!?) number. They left a blank message with some background noise like when a few people are making calls in the same room. Scam? Sure.

323-271-4228 Central Office: MONTEBELLO, CA - PACIFIC BELL. Nothing else.
