That's my number and Ive been getting strange calls in spanish and people saying that they didn't call me when I know they did.

Now, I look online at my number and people are saying that it's a recording.. WTF??

Someone obviously has spoofed your number then.  About the only thing you can do is ask your telephone company (or cell phone company) to change your number.  It's not fair or right, but when callers spoof a number, you never stop getting calls.
