I just got a call from an Unknown number. The guy told me that they were trying to deliver a summons to my son "Your son is being sued, Rosie!", but that they mail was returned as undelivered and that I had 2 hours to call this number 323-238-9779, supposedly for Berg and Associates, or my son will be held in contempt of court. The guy even gave me the case number... And hastily hung up stressing I need to call NOW. Is this a scam?!

They have been calling my family for days. Just had my cell phone stolen a few months ago. Not sure if that is how they got my family's #'s. Said that I used them as references. That is not true. I would never give out my family's information. Called the police dept, dispatch, and the courts to check. They said that is not how they do their work. They said it was a scam.

got a call and said they were at court in front of the judge but yet they still wanted to prceed a payment arrangements...
