Called yesterday. I answered the phone with my company's greeting. Man on the line very slowly and flamboyantly said he was calling from North Hollywood but would be in our area to provide storm drain repair estimates and that he is a licensed contractor. I let him know that he is calling our company and that we are a licensed contractor as well. His reply was, "well, you couldn't have spit out this information earlier?". I told him "I did spit out that information when I first answered the phone, genius." Hung up.
Don't bother answering, just a stupid telemarketer using a VOIP line. They're probably not even real contractors.
