Number called and left NO Message! When number is dialed, takes about 10 seconds an then rings through, immediately a phony "busy" dialtone is played and then call is disconnected. Clearly this originates from a nefarious SPAM/SCAM entity that uses number spoofing as part of it fraudulent techniques to engage in telemarketing fraud. DO NOT ANSWER!
