I do not know what country these "LOCAL CALL" idiots are from, but they do not understand the concept of the USA area code. I have received 5 phone calls since 9/29/14 with the caller id "LOCAL CALL" OR "LOCAL CALL AREA". These #'s (so far) are: 415-363-9736, 323-238-3099, 818-824-6346, and 323-238-3063.

Same thing happens to me, but I don't answer that line, and they keep calling. When voice mail picks up, they hang up.
