I have been getting text messages from these AT&T cell phones.
They are based out of Montebello, CA (a little south-east of East LA)
These people are scum! They are not telemarketer's, they are running a SCAM!
Call this number: (323)724-8601 or (323)724-3611
They issued the phones to these people, let them know you don't like this way of
doing things and suggest that they cut off service to these numbers.
