Claims to be reporting a lawsuit against me by the IRS. Anyone who has dealt with the IRS knows they write a letter first, second and then they contact your employment before anything ever happens...so that is how you know it is a scam. Also, they immediately identify their name and badge number without being asked, its the first thing they say.
