Got a call and answered as I have family in California. It was an Indian man claiming he was calling about my student loans and he can erase all my student loans. I told him I already took care of it with the actual Department of Education and only pay a small amount. If he was with the government like he stated he should be able to see that. He said he was with a different branch and couldn't see it. What did I do with them and why wouldn't I want to give him my info to erase my debt. I told him I wasn't interested. Then he called me a stupid woman. Nope. Pretty smart actually because I wouldn't give my information to some third party scammer. BEWARE!!!
