Called on my cell phone, said his name is Josh. Sounded like recording. Said something about vacation. This is a scam

Called my cellphone, did not answer, they did not leave a message.  Based on the submission's I read here I'm gonna go ahead and block this number.  There really should just be a universal "*" code system that all phone service providers are required to use that would allow everyone to just simply report such calls to a central data base.  If a number got so many automatic reports then it would be investigated.
