I got the same text about my Paypal account being locked and supplies a link I'm supposed to visit to fix it.  I hate these SCAM things as I don't have unlimited texting on my phone--and feel bad for the people who fall for them.

I received a text today saying my verizon account is locked.  I also received a text yesterday from 231-222-6542 saying my paypal account was locked.  I did report the text to paypal, and will report this number to verizon.  I guess some people have too much time on their hands......................or maybe this is how they make their living???  My advice to them:  GET A REAL JOB!!!

Careful with these texts - this is an aggressive scammer.

I got this "paypal" txt, then the very next day I received the "verizon" txt.  They are gonna have to try a little harder than that...

I got the phoney paypal text (don't even have a paypal account) one day then the verizon text ... will report to Verizon
