Received a call on 4/21/15 and the caller asked for me by name and when I said yes, he hung up. I tried calling the # back and jsut got a busy tone each time on different days. My # has since been called by half-a dozen others that leave messages in foreign languages, or just blank space. Many times they are at midnight or 2 AM. Not sure what their purpose is, but I have found the phone co. or FCC will do nothing about it other than giving me a new # and letting me inform al my contacts (pain). My # is a land line.
