Called my DNC registered landline. No voicemail. I *67'ed the #. "Your call is very important to us. Please stay on the line and you'll be transferred to the next available agent."  No one picked up. After 5 minutes fast piano music. Obviously not that important.

It is a Google scam.  They claim they are from Google and that your Google Plus listing is not coming up properly.  They then want to connect you to a 3rd party to help you fix the problem. Seriously, Google does not do this.
