Hung up as soon as I picked up. We have a loan from Countrywide also, but not shopping for a refi. I received a notice from Countrywide several months ago that a former employee had stolen personal info for many Countrywide customers. Countrywide provided a free subscription for credit check due to that incident. Maybe this is some how related?
