Called my cell phone and didn't leave a message. Caller ID inicated the number and from "Huntington Park, CA." Now blocked.

This is an operation to cheat you of your had earned money!
There is no such organization that the Veteran Administration had recognized, nor known of.
DO NOT give them a penny. Block this number for all veterans sake.
