Hi this is a scam company. Look them up on yelp!!! They take unauthorized payments from your account and they also take several hundred dollars from your account each year stating they are for pens and paper also for there time finding you the cheapest rates, but other company's do that for free. they are also rude. I just started a lawsuit against them for the unauthorized transactions.  

They are EXTREMELY RUDE, and they took money or of my account without my consent. I'm not even part of this company!!! They stole my money and not give it back. They threatened me by saying they will call the police and will send me to collection. I never signed up for this "company"... My bf is. And when he signed up I just helped him pay the first months and they said that my card is the only card info they have when I talked to the "manager" to take out my card can keep my bf card #. But he refused and til today he still calls me. I'm like seriously [***] off

If they are pulling money out of your account, then it might be advisable to simply close the account and not pay them anything.  ALso you might consider contacting your local insurance commissionor or whoever regulates insurance business in your state.  They may not even mbe licensed in your state.
