Complaint
This company solicited and miss represented their product to my 94 y/o father. They charged him a fee which was paid by check and they also charged his credit card.
Product_Or_Service: Consulting to help procure a grant
Desired Settlement
Would like the amounts cashed by check and charged on credit card refunded in full. Would like all information they have on my father to be destroyed. Would like them to never contact/solicit him again.
Oh, and it's located in a UPS store...
