If you call the number back you will find it is Bosley Hair Restoration in LA.

Silent caller, no one answer me, then they hung up.

This number repeatedly calls my home and leaves no message. When called it is answered by a recording as Bosley hair restoration and the call is transferred to an agent, but then drops off without being answered by a person
