"Your BancorpSouth Bank Card 545510XXXXXXXX has been deactivated. To activate call 3232017000"

received text saying my southern commerce bank card had been deactivated.  I do not have a card with them and when I called the number received a machine asking me to input my card number

The number traces back to a LANDLINE owned and operated by U.S. TELEPACIFIC CORP., of MONTEBELLO, California.
