telemarketer "Frank" a contractor

Caller ID showed this number  with "name not found."  I disconnect unknown numbers immediately without answering. I called the number back on my company line & received the voice recording "this call cannot be completed as dialed. Please check the number and call again."   So obviously a telemarketer with a spoofed number.

Scammer must be hitting the Torrance Area...
Got a call, didn't answer - no message left so blocking it, too!

STOP CALLING OUR NUMBER!

Got a call, left no message, CID said "name not found".  My research shows this as a spoofed number being used by a crooked contractor who uses foul language when challenged.  Added to my call blocker.
