Blockers cannot work until the caller id comes through so that the blocker can identify the call, otherwise every call would be blocked.  The caller id information comes through after the first ring.

They call me day in and out at least 5 times a day! I answer and nothing on the other end. I call back and my phone says "cannot be completed as dialed". Want it to stop NOW!

they call and say nothing then hang up when i call it back it disconnects i answer calls because I have family all over the USA they call several times a day i cant afford call block i regerstered with the do not call website when i get the scam calls the news said never say yes so i say can i help you then get as much info from them without giving them any info & usually have a non American accent & when i say i only deal with companies & people in the USA & then they hang up but i got their info & they have none of mine

Same here-- keeps coming through even while blocked.

I agree.  They call over and over to me as well.
