Unknown caller from Florida...called it back and got a message saying "you've reached a non-working number." Really? Then how did I just get a call from them?

I got a call from this number that went to voicemail. It was only a partial message with a claim number.
Does anyone know what this is about?

This may be a collector related to Verizon accounts.
