They will continue to call. Charities are exempt from the Do Not Call law. So are political parties. Which explains why both parties call me at least once a week.

It says Orlando Health but they never leave any message.  They even call on Sundays.  If it was important they would leave a message.  I get these all the time.

Receive a couple of calls a week - the voicemail only contains background noise, no actual message.  I made a donation to Orlando Health in 2011.  Anyone else?  Wondering if they're calling for another donation.

Oh that's what it is. ORHC is calling for donations. I received a letter in the mail regarding someone will be contacting me by phone for a donation. why can't they leave a message?
