Another search shows a "William P. Gray" at 271 Marion Street, Indian Harbour Beach, Fl which is right down the road from me.  Think I'll pop in tomorrow with a written Cease & Desist and Notification of DNC Violation.  If he's wasting my time, I'll return the favor.
