People claim to be associated with the Power Company doing power efficiency surveys on your house trying to save you money on your electrical bill.

Caller wanted to talk about saving money on my electric bill.  I ask if she was associated with Florida Power And Light.  She said no. I asked if she is aware of the Federal Do Not Call laws. She said she did not make the call.  I responded she must have called, otherwise why are we talking.  She said someone else made the call and she is in an outbound call center.  I asked what is the name of the outbound call center and she terminated the call very quickly.
