I got the same call from 911, didn't answer about being a primary suspect in a urgent financial case matter. I called the number back. when i asked what company the the number belonged to, i would then get placed on hold. I finally called one last time using *67 to block my number and noone answerred. I looked online to get info on FCEN. LOL. FCEN is there to require financial institutions to assist U.S. government agencies to detect and prevent money laundering. nd to report suspicious activity that might signify money laundering, tax evasion, or other criminal activities. Specifically, the act requires financial institutions to keep records of cash purchases of negotiable instruments, file reports of cash transactions exceeding $10,000. Mostly to help safeguard from supplying money to fund terrorist activities. the lady that called me was named kimberly krall. this is a total scam. I called the FCEN directly from their website, noone knows of these people.
