Kept calling me at different hours and nobody talk in the other side

This number has been calling me for the past 3 weeks and when I answer no one says nothing. Now I don't pick up at all but they continue to keep calling.

I answer,silence for a second or two then they hang up --- this is the fourth time finally blocked them
