Automated scam call about updating your "existing" home security system since they have installers in your area. Call pretends to be a person but just delivers the recorded message, then tries to make you verbally answer 'yes' or 'no' if you are interested in being transferred to a representative. That's the first opt-in. If you answer yes, then you are asked if they have your permission to transfer you to a sales representative, to which you must again answer with either 'yes' or 'no'. This is the second opt-in. Any other responses and the robot tells you to it did not understand you and for you to have a nice day and then hangs up.
