Foreign call center

They call from a different phone number every week - always asking for different people at Nationwide Insurance. They think we are a switchboard and can receive betweek 20-30 phone calls per day for a random person.

Called, asked if this was me, then asked if this was my extension and gave a bogus number. Then they hung up and called 2 more times. I called back and it was busy. I am a bit concerned that they want your name, and to confirm the number they are calling is yours so they can hack an account or bank etc access. Sounds shady...

This number called asked for me, then asked if I was at a bogus number, (They know what number they called) and then hung up. They called back 2x's and immediately hung up...May be a scam trying to get access to some accounts?

Hmm. This number seems recent, but pretty busy. The guy, when he called me claimed to be from Delta Airlines HR.

I can't think of a single reason they'd need the guy who they asked for.

However, when I asked him for a good call back number, he gave me
