Business loan. I keep opting out of the call, but I keep getting the same call every 3 days.

Get calls from this # frequently, usually dead line.. It's a predictive/auto dialer that sales or telemarketing companies use to dial hundreds of numbers at a time. They upload a .cvv format spreadsheet of names and numbers of people (usually purchased from credit bureaus for pennies called "trigger leads") which can be filtered to the company's specifications to target their potential customers (in this case prob former/current small biz owners) a spreadsheet of literally thousands or hundreds of thousands #'s are uploaded then The technology dials up to 500 numbers simultaneously. They can run messages or live campaigns (that's why sometimes you'll get a message.) If they already have a sucker on the line, when u answer it will be dead air since it's usually only a few people manning the phones and they're not going to get off a call they're on to be yelled at. It's faster and more efficient than dialing one # at a time since most people don't answer or hang up as soon as they hear the recording.. It's old technology.. I've used it in the past at sales companies I've ran/worked for. Usually the only people they talk to are only going forward with the call to say take me off the list.. That's why they have an attitude and will say things like "well why didn't u press 9 to be taken off the list.. Your wasting my time.. Etc." only shady companies use this as they are mostly illegal now..

Received a call on Friday Oct 17th 2014. It was a robocall talking about some business loan thing... "even for those with bad credit". Pretty much a SPAMMER out to scam people out of any money they may have.I filed a complaint with the Do Not Call registry.

I don't answer calls from unfamiliar numbers. If they're legit, they can leave a message. Then I decide whether or to return the call. Otherwise, I check the numbers here, and usually end up blocking them.
