Got a call from this number and received a message that was in Spanish ONLY! Waited for the message to finish and just pressed "0". I was fortunate enough to get a CS rep, but they only spoke Spanish as well. Once he found that I spoke English, he transferred me to his manager and she began to speak very broken English to me about a travel offer. I asked her to remove me from their list, but she began to get irritated with me since I interrupted her pitch. She angrily told me that I should have pressed "8" on the menu to remove myself (even though I don't understand Spanish).
