I recieved a call from this number , but if I do not know the number I do not answer. The caller never leaves a message.

said name was heather and about some credit card BS. called back the number and said the number is wrong like WTF!! somewhere in the states. stupid americans cant screw eachother over anymore so now u gotta start on other countries

Spam. They've got to make a law so that when these telemarketers call your cell phone you can send them the bill for the airtime you used + an extra admin fee of $100 for your wasted time.
