Credit card services?

This is that same old lower your rate credit card SCAM -- AVOID!!

Called but did not leave a message.

Called land line at 1:23 PM on 7/2/16. Caller ID showed Rockledge, FL. Left no message. Hung up after answering machine turned on.

Answered my phone because ID said SURVEY and I knew it was a scammer again.  So I waited for "Heather with credit card services" to end her recording, and pressed 1 to see if I could get a real person.  A man with a foreign accent or lazy tongue answered.  I immediately told him " THIS IS A SCAM SO STOP CALLING MY NUMBER.  QUIT TRYING TO BILK PEOPLE OUT OF MONEY AND GET A REAL JOB!"  Then I hung up.
