Just received another call. Very annoying. Why aren't Phone Company Carriers putting a STOP to this?

Calls, leaves no message. Several owners of this phone number listed, including a Melissa Elrod and a Jeremiah Honsa. Always a residential number. Sounds like someone just playing around.

I just received a call from this number and advised me that I was entered in a sweepstakes for a million. I asked for which site and just kept talking on. This call seemed like a scam. I hung up..
