Caller says if I dont return call good luck as the situation totally unfolds on you.  As there is a legal petition notice filed against you by the IrS.  So before the matter gets executed in the court house and before you get arrested.  If you need any information or if you have any questions kindly call this IRS back.  thank you

Same thing happened to me. Seems like a prank call generated by calling a tax resolution service called Instant tax solutions to scare me into signing up.

I received three calls today from this number, saying they were the IRS. They threatened that if I didn't pay I would be arrested.

Received a call from this number.  Since I didn't recognize it, I didn't answer.  They left a message similar to what everyone else is saying.  tax evasion, recommend getting a criminal attorney, threat of arrest, etc.
