The number is for NADA or American Resort Development Association. They called me asking if I wanted to rent my time share. After Googling the name, it seems they are an advocate for timeshare owners.Being that I don't trust telemarketer's, I am doing my research, but I am now 9 pages deep, and still looking.

The number is for the Timeshares By Owner Orlando Sales Office at  8574 Palm Parkway, Orlando, FL 32836 and not the ARDA.  This company represents that they hold membership in the ARDA which is a trade association.  Timeshares By Owner has a very bad F rating with the Better Business Bureau and have had cases against them with the FL Attorney General's Office.

I got suspicious when the caller, Mario, identified himself as being from MARIOTT. they don't leave phone numbers that are not toll free. He talked so fast I could hardly understand him. I shall be calling Marriott in the morning to let them know of this SCAM!!

timesshares direct showed on my caller id. they wanted to buy some of if my timeshare time. checked with my peope. bogus folks don't talk to them.

Called my cell phone.  Left no message.
