Just got a call, no voice mail - scam trying to money

What good is the Do Not Call list if these numbers just keep calling?  I thought there was supposed to be consequences!!!

NEVER answer a phone call (mobile or land line) from a number you do not recognize- if it's important- the CALLER will leave a message. These SCAMMER/SCUMBAGS WILL NEVER LEAVE A MESSAGE

This isn't a real company offering you a real service. There's nothing to win and no list to be taken off of. There's no reason to talk to them or try to gain more information so you can "report" them or anything like that.

It's a scam and thus the Do Not Call list doesn't apply. Ignore what they're saying about a prize or offer or anything like that. Treat this like a person on the street came up to you and said "Can I have your credit card number".

Received a call from this number. Did not answer as I didn't recognize the name. No voicemail was left.
