They call me and said that they are from the treasury department. They will arrest me in the next 45 min and that I owes taxes. Said that the warrant was send out I asked for the address he cannot tell me. Ask if I have money to pay

These idiots won't be running any more scams.  Their phone number is now history.
Operated from yet another call center out of Pakistan.  Low level scammers with no command of English.
