I received a call back many times and when i called it back it went directly to a black lady that said she was Investigations. Regarding a debt from a Check N'Go or allied cash advance that they bought the debt and that i told her i didnt owe debt just 28$ she said it has interest and i owe $656.00 and that it's a Federal Crime and she will persue with  Felony charge. etc..

I have been having this same lady call me and my mom harassing and threatening to have me arrested because I was evicted from an apartment complex that kept my security deposit when I moved out. She was very unprofessional and belittled me by telling me that I couldn't keep a roof over my kids head and that I need to find my " babies daddy" to help me and that I was living off government assistance. This lady presented herself as Patricia Davis from " Investigations". She was very rude to me , she even called my past employer and god knows what she told them. This Davis lady has called my mom numerous times running my mother's blood pressure up by threatening to have me locked up. I have had it for the last time early this week when she called again that I have contacted my attorney to pursue a debt harassment suit against the apartment complex mrs. Davis and her employer for continuously harassing my mother and i. These debt collectors need to understand that there are limitations on when and how you approach people about stuff and apparently Mrs.davis and all parties involved has to learn the hard way. I'd there is anyone here that has encountered the same please let me know I have a great lawyer who will work with you to stop this matter.
