I have gotten several calls coming from this number and since the calling party is not known to me I let the call ring through to voice mail.  No message has ever been left for a return call and after reading the above comments of others this is no doubt some type of scammer.

I answered so I could tell them to put me on their Do Not Call list.  Unidentified company offering to lower my credit card rates.  They had my credit report as they knew all of the credit card types I had.  I told them to put me on their DNC list and... GET THIS... shoe told me she "WOULD call me, over and over, 10 times over"  I called back but got a busy signal.
