I repeatedly get calls from this number on my cell phone. What can we do?

This number has been calling me all day. I tried to call back and received the same message. I have tried to answer each time and no one was there.

This number has also been calling me. Return the call and it's an out of service number. I've gotten 11 calls in the last day and a half.

this number has been calling me randomly for the last 3 days multiple times a day. all that my cell can tell me is that it's a florida number. no one says anything when i pick up either
