they called my work today and told one of my co-workers that they were from a law office and that they had a lawsuit against me. Completely illegal to share that information with someone other than the debtor. I do owe for a payday loan but when I ask for proof they refuse to send me anything. I will not pay someone i dont know, idiots. So they asked for my attorneys information, I gave it to them because I do have an attorney! They never called him of course. DO NOT PAY THESE PEOPLE!! ITS A TOTAL SCAM. Even if you do have a payday loan these are not the tatics they use to collect the money. DONT PAY THEM!

Got nasty messages left from a lady named kelly brooks saying she was from "the legal investigation department" the # that came up on my caller id was 91970 that's all

To whom it may concern i get the same message form this same number 91970. a guy by the name fred johnson, or james. an they are very nasty messages but every time they leave one its the egzact message to the T. but the number to call back is one number off 321-282-1845. last month it was a different numbers 713,719 area code. The worst part they call ur job.

Getting calls from them at work and cell even though I am registered on do not call list.  I have reported them to the better business bureau in Florida and the fcc.   Suggest we all do the same.

I got the same message as Jennifer, same caller same firm, same threat, I was told that someting bad was going to happen at my address and my work if I didn't have my attorney call them.  They called my work place too.
