Same here - call, I don't answer, they don't leave a message. They seem to call once about every 3 days.

I answered and informed them that I'm the no call registry and to please remove me. They immediately hung up, when I called back, went to a voice mail.

Caller ID came up as Douglas Coleman. I didn't answer and he did not leave a message. If they don't leave a message it couldn't have been that important so he goes on my 'Blocked Calls" list.
