why on a fri night at 8pm

Caller said they were from Green Solutions.  I advised them I was on the Nat'l No-Call List.  Don't believe the caller knewwhat I was talking about.  They will!

I got a call from this (company?) still not sure what kind of organization this is. The caller/ rep said they are "State Energy Project" I have no idea what they do. I set up an appointment so they can do a free energy survey.
