This number can be reported to the national "no call registry".
Your local land line phone company can block calls from this number

When this type of call comes in, say" just a minute", put the phone down and when you hear the stutter tone, hang up.  They have to pay for the call.  We have Andy Rooney to thank for this tactic.

Received a call from this # today. No voicemail was left for me and I did not try calling this # back. If this is a real # it is listed to XO Communications out of Kissimmee Florida and it is a LandLine.

I beleive the number is a timeshare sales company - they'll sell your timeshare for the one time low cost of $1300, and will not take NO for an answer and stop calling....
